Today I wanted to share a card using Mama Elephant supplies. Mama Elephant truly is my favorite company. Can you tell? 😉
I cut out a rectangle piece of Bristol Smooth paper with the ME – Basic Rectangles die. I stamped a bunch of cat images on it, using the ME – Little Cat Agenda stamp set.
I know I wanted to use the ME – Occasional Labels for my sentiment. So before I stamped all the images, I laid the sentiment stamps on my card panel, so I knew where I was gonna put them later. All cat images were stamped around it.
I watercolored the cats, using my Zigs and a Royal & Langnickel brush (nr 2). The colors I used:
- For the cats: Mid Gray / Light Gray / Green Gray
- For the accessories: Deep Red / Dull Blue / Ochre / Yellow / Light Pink / Dark Oatmeal
When the coloring was finished, I stamped 2 sentiments on a scrap piece of paper, using Versafine Onyx Black ink. I cut them out and adhered it to the card panel with a very tiny foam strip from Darice.
After adhering my panel on the card base, my card was finished. Hope you like it!
