Father’s Day with Lawn Fawn

Hi you!

I only used Lawn Fawn supplies for this card. (That way I can enter their challenge ‘All the love’ too.)

I started out with the ‘LF – Quilted Backdrop‘ die, that I die cut on white cardstock with my Big Shot. I also trimmed down a piece of green paper (paper pack ‘Knock on Wood’) a little smaller than 4 1/4 by 5 1/2 inches. The small brown rectangle was die cut with a ‘LF – cross stitched rectangle‘ die.

I stamped two frogs of the ‘LF – Toadally Awesome‘ stamp set onto Bristol Smooth cardstock and watercolored them with my Zigs. The colors I used: May green / Yellow green / Ochre / Black.

I adhered everything together: card base – green paper on top – quilted backdrop paper – small brown rectangle – little frogs.

For the sentiment, I used the same white cardstock as before so the colors would match. I used my ‘LF – sentiment banners‘ to cut these out.

I hope I gave you some inspiration to make someone’s heart happy.
