For my card, I started by die cutting the Heffy Doodle Sky High Cloud Backdrop out of Bristol Smooth cardstock. I took out my Distress Oxides in the colors Salvaged Patina, Spun Sugar and Shaded Lilac to give this background a pastel colored look. I splattered on a bit of those same colors, diluted with water. I set it aside to dry and worked on my images.
I stamped the unicorns from the Alex Syberia Always Be Yourself stamp set with Jet Black ink on alcohol marker friendly paper and colored them with these Copic markers:

I also stamped a few solid clouds on that same paper, using a few dye inks from Altenew:
- Sea Breeze
- Rose Quartz
- Puffy Heart
I die cut all the images with the coordinating dies and the Heffy Doodle mini die cutting machine.
PS: Can we all appreciate for a moment that the Alex Syberia coordinating dies are already separated in the packaging? I love that I don’t have to cut these apart anymore!
For my sentiment, I die cut the work ‘sparkle’ with the Heffy Doodle Moxie Alphabet dies. I blended a bit of ink with Kitsch Flamingo and Wilted Violet on each of the letters. After that, I added glue with my Quickie Glue Pen and dipped the letters in some Chunky Glitter.
Tip: Tap off the excess glitter before letting everything dry.
When everything was dry, I started by adhering a light beige cardstock behind the ink blended panel. Then I placed down all my images. The clouds were glued flat on the card panel. I did the same with the sentiment. I let the unicorns stand out a bit more by putting them down with foam squares.
For a little extra sparkle, I added a bit of shimmer to the clouds with my glitter pen.
This finishes off my card. I really like the dreamy look of it and I hope you do too! Thank you SO much for being here and taking the time to read my post. I really appreciate it!
