Ink blending and stenciling with the Stackable Cuties

Today’s card features a few Mama Elephant products.

To start, I stamped the images of the Mama Elephant – Stackable Cuties on Bristol Smooth paper and watercolored them with my Zigs. I used the colors:

• Pale Gray / Light Gray
• Light Brown / Brown
• Oatmeal
• Mid Green / Olive Green
• Gray
• Gray Brown
• Blush

For my background, I ink blended a few Distress Oxide colors on Neenah paper. I masked off the bottom and blended the colors Milled Lavender, Victorian Velvet and Aged Mahogany. After that, I placed my Altenew – Calligraphy Maze stencil on top and went over the panel again with the same colors. I created the ground with Vintage Photo.

I adhered all the images on this ink blended panel. For the frame, I mounted the die cut piece of Mama Elephant – Fancy Door Frame with foam squares on the panel. Placed everything on a card base and my card was finished!
