Today’s card, I’m entering on the Lawnfawnatics challenge ‘Spectacular Skies’. I tried to make a galaxy background, but I realized (once again) that galaxies are just not my thing. 🙂
I took a piece of Strathmore Watercolor Paper and wet the paper with clean clear water. I dropped in a few colors of my Gansai Tambi watercolors: 34, 139, 62. It took me a few layers to get bright colors. After that I painted over it with blue (67) and black (20). Didn’t like it very much, but when I added the splatters with white gouache, it turned out okay.

I stamped an image from the Lawn Fawn – Winter Skies set and watercolored it with my Zigs in the colors: Light Brown / Brown / Gray Tint / Dull Blue / Peacock Blue / Carmine Red / Deep Red.
The sentiment comes from the Lawn Fawn – Reveal Wheel Friends and Family set!
