Last week, I received my Simon Says Stamp order. I purchased the lovely SSS – Center cut heart stamp and immediately wanted to try it out. I thought Mother’s Day was an ideal occasion for this card…
I stamped that background stamp on some Neenah 80lb cardstock with Versamark ink and sprinkled some white embossing powder on top. I heat set it with my heat gun.
I took some Distress Oxides and blended a few colors on top: Squeezed Lemonade, Lucky Clover and Mermaid Lagoon.
After adhering a sentiment from the Mama Elephant – Occasion Labels set with a small piece of foam tape, this simple card was already finished…
