Hi you!
I created my first Christmas card of this year, to enter the Lawn Fawn challenge.

To start, I took a long panel of Bristol Smooth paper and ink blended on top. I used Distress Oxides in the colors Picked Raspberry, Wilted Violet, Salty Ocean and Black Soot.
After that, I die cut a border from some regular white cardstock using Lawn Fawn’s Stitched Hillside Borders. I stamped my sentiment on it and adhered it to the panel.
To create my ‘weather scene’, I took some snowflakes and stamped them in Versamark ink on my card panel. I sprinkled white embossing powder over it and dried it with my heat gun. To finish it, I also put on some white dots of snow with my Uniball Signo gel pen.
I stamped two little bears of the Lawn Fawn – Winter Skies stamp set and watercolored them with my Zigs:
- Scarf: Persian Green and Turquoise Green
- Bears: Dark Gray and Gray Brown
I put the critters on to the panel with foam tape. I adhered the panel on to my card base and my card was finished!
Love how the background turned out!

I hope I gave you some inspiration to make someone’s heart happy.
Love, Jarle x
