A ‘clean and simple’ card

Hi you!

I have a clean and simple card for you today!

First, I die cut a panel using the Mama Elephant – Waverly Creative Cuts. I stamped the butterflies of the Altenew – Ori Kami stamp set 3 times in Versafine Onyx Black ink.

To watercolor the images, I used my Zigs and a Royal & Langnickel brush 4. The colors I used were:

• Light blue and bright yellow
• Pale green and light carmine

Side note: I chose 2 complementary colors for 1 butterfly. According to color theory, that makes the colors stand out more…

The sentiment I used came from the Altenew – Halftone Hearts set. Stamped this onto my panel and adhered everything to a card base. Finished! A very simple card to make!
